SubscriberHi, I imported a STL file in to workbench, and subpressed some part of the geometry, and then tried to export the remained geometry as other CAD format that ANSYS supports. Then it showed me this error message:
ANSYS the file was not saved. The model geometry is not valid for this save operation
How shall I trouble shoot this problem?

SubscriberIf you are using the free ANSYS Student license, you can only save in the .scdoc file format. You can't save STL files.
Full ANSYS licenses can save many file types including STL.
