ANSYS Wokrbench 18.1 doesn’t start

  Hello,
  
  I installed ANSYS Student 18.1but I can't start Workbench 18.1. If I try to open Workbench nothing happens. The other programms that are installed with Workbench work perfectly fine.
  
  I searched for the error and used Client ANSLIC_ADMIN Utility which displayed the following message:
  
  Does somebody know this problem?
  
  Thank you for your help.
