SubscriberHi,
I am using the 2023R1 academic version of Ansys. When I clicked the workbench, it boots, and suddenly it is vanishing. How to rectify this?

Ansys EmployeeHi Aravinth,
Can you reset the config file-
Open a file explorer and type %appdata% in the address bar and locate the Ansys folder and rename it to Ansys.old.
Relaunch the application.
Also, check if there are any antivirus/ security software blocking the Ansys application.
