Ansys workbench Help doesn’t work (Ansys student 19.0)

  Hello,
  
  I have successfully installed ansys student 19.0 but the help for Ansys Workbench doesn't work. I tried to access it from my files and not from ansys but it doesn't seem to be installed on my computer.
  
  I also tried to install ansys again, but still no Help available.
  
  How can I access the help?
