  Please tell me Can the user model in dynamic explicit workbench the reinforced concrete beam strengthened by GFRP sheets and showing the de-bonding of GFRP sheets & cracks in concrete? Please i need required tutorials. Thanks

  If you mean something like the following image shows. Then yes, please specify line body elements inside solid bodies and use Reinforcement type body interaction.
