Ansys Workbench solution not working

  Basically problem is occurring in ansys that it gets stuck in solution progress building project model on lower side I have unchecked distributed option in tools advance but that doesn't work for me also off the firewall Reinstall the software 19.2 but problem doesn't solve In Solver output Error is showing by licensed is used by other application of workbench you can wait until it finish and manually pause the problem. While processing I click on MPDL it generate dialog box ansgpu. Dll not present ansmpi. Dll not present and many. Dll was not present

  Actually main problem is when I go for total deformation solving it may get stuck problem not solving i reinstall and again reinstall but same problem occur. What to do?
