I have reinstall Ansys fluent 19.2 several times but it has failed to start, it says, Ansys work bench has stop working. what can i do? Each time i click the on check online solution option, i get no solution.

I managed to install and use Ansys 17.2 as my school has that installed and I don't want to run into compatibility issues. Unfortunately the old post provided has a licensing valid until Jan 2019 which means it will be ending soon. May I know how I can have the licensing updated?
