AnsysWBU.exe encountered a problem.

  Hi,
  I have a problem. Every time i click for example Mesh or some results i get this message: " AnsysWBU.exe encountered a problem. A diagnostic file has been written: C: [...]"
  
  I found this error in the Event Viewer:

  I am working on a Dell Precision M4800, i7-4710mq, quadro k2100m, 32 GB ram on a SSD drive. What is also important: the program worked fine for a few weeks.
  I would be very grateful for any help! I am writing my diploma and I already lost a week for this problem. I reinstalled Ansys many times and also reinstalled Windows 10

  And I can't select any material. If i click the triangle to open the library nothing happens. If I have a saved material it writes it. I also changed the folder name from Ansys to Ansys 20 in appdata, but nothing changed. n
