SubscriberHello
My laptop doesn't have enough speed to run ANSYS. So I asked my manager to give me another computer. they installed ANSYS on another computer and I'm trying to work remotely.
I receive this error when I try to open my ANSYS model:
AnsysWBU.exe encountered a problem. A diagnostic file has been written: C:\Users\....\AppData\Local\Temp\AnsysWBDumpFile.dmp.
Do you think if I transfer my file to the computer the problem will be solved? Could you please help me to solve this problem?

Are you able to open the model on your laptop? Can you try transferring the file on the computer and see if the model opens? Generally, this message indicates a corrupted model. Please first check if the model opens up.

Can you try creating a new test model on the computer and see if it solves?

SubscriberYes I tried it with a simpler model. It shows the same error when I try to open the model.
