SubscriberHello, if been using ansys 2022 with no problems but after installing the new version I've got the error shown in the picture. Im working on Formula student 3D simulations and first I import the geometry in Spaceclaim, then I shut it and open the design modeler to change the solid enclosure to a fluid but when I import the geometry I encounter this error. I'm not able to find the AppData folder also as it is not placed in the directory that it says, so I can't see what is the diagnostic file. I belive that the problem is with AnsysWBU.exe to have disapeared or located where the software can't find it. I will appreciate some help as I've been trying to solve it for a long time. Thanks

Can you try renaming the directory $APPDATA%\Ansys\v22#
to \v22#.old
Now try running. -

SubscriberHello, thanks for replying. I've done what you said and it didn't work. I deleted that folder and it isn't working anyway. Do you know if any of these folders or files does not belong here?
Is it normal that AppData is hide in verga folder? because inside of verga i can't find it, just on the start from windows I can search for it.Thanks
