  Q: How does the API service connect into the customer’s environment?
  A : Connection is made directly between the Ansys control plane and the AWS Service via API call over HTTPS.
  
  Q: Is there a certificate handshake on API Service connection and/or is there encryption?
  A: Communication between the Control Plane and AWS is protected by AWS Certificates as HTTPS is used.
