Ansys EmployeeHello SagarLive
From the image that you shared, it looks like the geometry has thin regions which are not getting captured in Discovery Live. Did you try increasing the fidelity?
Discovery Live cannot simulate every complex model or assembly you might like to throw at it; there is a fidelity limit on the amount of detail you can capture relative to the overall size of your simulation. Please check out below article on working with thin geometries in Discovery Live.
Discovery Live: "Thin" geometric features and relative GPU adjustments
If the suggestions mentioned in above article doesn't help to capture the thin regions in your model, then it could be a current limitation of Discovery Live as mentioned above.

Thanks a lot for your reply! after giving boundary condition, we can see the result only small bracket getting movement other than remaining part in assembly.
We are using only simple assembly having limited feature in it, then how application will support for engineer to resolve the issue.
Can you plz let us know to go with simple WebEx what is the process.

Ansys EmployeeHi SagarLive
Even though the assembly might be simple, if there are thin regions in the model, they may not get resolved due to the fidelity limit mentioned in previous post. Did you went through the article on thin features shared earlier and tried out options like increasing fidelity, reducing overall domain size, increasing the thickness of the thin regions?
You may want to send the model so that I can check it at my end.

Ansys EmployeeHi SagarLive
When were the graphics card drivers last updated? Can you try updating them again from Nvidia website?
Is the problem (crash) occurring with all models or only with a specific model? If it is model specific, can you share the model? Also, in the image that you shared, there is only force assigned but no support. Can you define some support in your model and test it again?

This problem with specific file only.
With above exercise, we need to manage delivery of output in time also. With above discussion let us know how to manage it by giving all customer information on forum.
