SubscriberHello everyone,
I built a very simply model of fluid flow around a cylinder to learn how to use ANSYS using the Student version. Everything was going fine bulding the model, mesh, solution setup, etc. until the results. After pressing 'Calculate' in Fluent, I pulled up the Workbench window again and all of the boxes (Geometry, Mesh, Setup, Solution, Results) had green checks next to them. However, when I double clicked on results to open up CFD-Post, I received the following error message: "Application error(s) occurred in CFD-Post. To view the full message please click 'Show Details' or review in the Messages window. 'wbload' action requires parameter: 'id'."
I have uninstalled and reinstalled ANSYS 18.2 four times now and the same error keeps happening. I am not sure what to do at this point as the results can't seem to be passed from Fluent to CFD-Post for some reason. Has anyone else ever had this issue or discovered a workaround for this? Rather frustrated at the moment. Thanks for the help!
