Application failed to connect

  Hi,
  I'm making two projects at the same time. But one of these shows 'Application failed to connect', when opening set up. But another one works. I think it is not the problem with my downloading, since I have uninstalled and downloaded it again and it doesn't change.

  What version of Ansys are you running? What is the OS on the computer?
  Can you go to C:\Users\ and try renaming the .cfx folder to .cfx.old and restart the application? If you can't find .cfx, enable search for hidden directories and then check.
  Are you able to launch CFX from outside Workbench?
