Apply seismic exciatation (transient loading) footing-spring-damper-system (COMBIN14)

  Dear forum,
  I have a the following system: A concrete Footing (SOLID185) and at it's base COMBIN14-Elements as spring-damper-elements that represent the soil underneath the footing. The COMBIN14-Elements are fixed in their bases:
