AQWA: Crashing when importing csv file

I want to define current speed in the water column that depends on the depth. So, I created a csv file as prescribed in the theory manual. However, whenever I import it under the 'varies with depth' in "current speed' the Hydrodynamic response module crashes. The software doesn't crash completely, just the module. I have tried different csv files and in different simulations, it always crashes. Can someone help me find a way to solve this?

Hi, I checked on my end, and the current data importing worked fine. To ensure we are on the same page, the function that went wrong on your PC is the highlighted part in the picture below, right?

The csv file I imported is shown in the picture below when I open it in the text editor (e.g. Notepad++):

The rules about this csv file are in our Aqwa User's Manual, Section 5.10.9 Current. If you still continue to see the problem you described, please raise a service request ticket in the customer portal if you can. That will allow you to send the problematic project and files to us to do a detailed investigation. Thanks.

      Hi Yu,

Thanks for taking the time and checking it. I tried again, you can see my csv file here. It still crashes. I see that just before it crashes after I import the file, an empty table is generated for the depth, speed and direction; and then it just crashes every time. I guess I'd have to raise the service request ticket then?

Hi, when open in Excel, the file should be like this:

Hi, yes it does look like that when I open the excel file. However, the screenshot I uploaded was the .csv file. If I open it in notepad it looks like this.

Yes, I mean when opening the csv file via Excel, the data should be placed in three columns instead of one column. The comma in the csv file needs to be typed under the English input method, not any other language input method.
