What university are you from? You would typically reach out to your account manager and they should be able to upgrade or get you the necessary license?

I study at Hamburg university of technology. You mean I should reach my university or sales at ansys?

We have quite a few users of ANSYS simulation products at TU Hamburg. I recommend that you ask your professor to connect you with other users and/or your IT department. What you need access to is an ANSYS Academic Research Mechanical license.
Good luck. Keep us posted.
