ASC-FL Borrow capability

  Hi Support,
  
  A few of our customers are requesting to borrow licenses. From the help documents this can be done but requires a borrow increment to be added to the license.
  
  I have also seen this post - https://forum.ansys.com/forums/topic/borrow-a-floating-license/
  
  Could I send you the customers license file privately so this can be added.

  The customer's account team would need to reissue their licenses with the borrowable feature. This is not something support can do. It requires their licenses be reissued.
