On https://catalog.ansys.com/, if I search with keyword "ASME" in the ANSYS App Store, I can see a couple of apps as shown below. These are paid apps created by EDR MEDESO. However, I am seeing the target application for these apps as MEchanical. So I am not sure if they will be applicable for Discovery AIM. I suggest to check with them directly about the AIM app that you are looking for.

I've got another question: does Discovery Spaceclaim have an Integrated Meshing tool, like SpaceClaim Hex Meshing?

JaegerW No, Integrated meshing is not a part of Discovery SpaceClaim.
