      Hello,

      one of our customers has a problem:
      The account administrator is trying to assign licenses to his users (in Myaccount.ansys), it works except for one of the users. He receives the following error messages: 
        - invalid_token
        - Unexpected error responseThe following users could not be added to the organization due to an error

      Do you have a solution?

      Invalid_token errors usually mean the session has timed out.  Advise the customer to log out of Account Portal (or simply close the page), then log back in.

      The second error may be indicative of an outage with the service or a problem with the individual user's account.  If it's the latter, we will need the user's email address to investigate further.

        charlie Please advise the user to navigate to myaccount.ansys.com and attempt to sign in there. The system should request some additional information.
