Automated Wall roughness 3D-printed cooling channels

      The wall roughness  of 3D-printed cooling-channels is a funktion of the diameter and the angle to the Z axis. The smaller the radius, the higher the roughness. Also the highest roughness is on the top of the channel, less at the sides and smallest at the bottom.


      I am looking for a way to automatically generate the wall roughness. My first Idea was to use a UDF but i did not find a way to define the wallroughness there as a funktion of the radius and the position in the tube.


      Does anyone know an other software to generate the funktion of the roughness and a way to import it into ANSYS?
