SubscriberHello everyone, I have a question. I need to graph the average speed of the inputs and outputs as a function of time. Is it possible? I saved the time steps, but I didn't do the reports, and I can't simulate again because the simulation was too long

Ansys EmployeeIt is. CFD Post can do this, as can Ensight. I suggest the former.
Alternatively you can open each data file and extract the values of interest. Journals are good for this but you'll still need to clean up the transcript as it'll contain all of the file open/close commands.

SubscriberHi Rob, thanks for the reply.
So it is not clear to me, are not the reports necessary to extract the average input speed Vs time? is there any tutorial? I've searched a lot and I still can't find one that explains how to handle the table in CFD Post

Ansys EmployeeIt'll be an xy plot (pretty sure you can then export that as columnated data), you need the time step selector. Click on Help for tutorials, I very rarely use CFD Post as my background is Fluent. knows more as he's able to use CFX.
