axial pipe movement and surge pressure

      Hello,

i want to simulate the fluid flow between two concentric and eccentric pipes. the inner pipe (which is closed at the end) is moving downwards(towards z=0) which forces the fluid between the pipes (in the annular space)to move upwards (towards z=L) which increases the bottomhole pressure. this phenomenon is called pressure surges.

      my Questions are,

firstable, is it possible to model this, using Fluent?

secondly, the governing equations of this problem contain pipe elasticity, is it possible to couple both pipe elasticity and fluid motion?

      Thanks in advance.
