Basic question about setting up analysis

  Dear All
  
  I'm simulating a design in HFSS, I have followed all the steps needed to setup the solution, got all green ticks on validation.
  
  However, while setting up the basic analysis setup, the moment you open the analysis/setup menu, in the adaptive section we are asked to input a frequency. Say that is x Mhz. What does this specific x mean?
  
  After adding frequency sweep this x Mhz frequency is obviously included and depending on the type of sweep we choose, the meshing is done likewise. However, I am still confused as to why a single frequency x is asked.
  
  In the picture attached below, x has the value of 540 Ghz
