Best way to mesh this model?

Hello everyone
I am currently trying to get the best mesh possible out of this simple geometry. It consists of four cylinder inlets and a big square prism. I have divided the four inlets and the prism in spaceclaim. What is the best method of meshing here? I am very unexperienced in meshing so any help would be really good.
