Ansys Employee这种结构你怎么计算的neff? 应该不是如此简单的。很可能需要你优化,至少要扫描一些参数。另外,这种结构的变化,可能需要用较细的网格来分辨细节。这种变周期如果网格不合适,可能会得不到想要的结果。周期结构的网格也需要具有周期性,因此这种非周期就需要较细的网格。如果网格细,你需要用多层PML,保证其厚度有半个波长,特别是非谐振波长可能散射严重,如果散射角比较大,就需要较厚的PML。

网格的粗细并没有一个严格的标准,一般可以通过修改光栅部分的网格(用细化网格) 来查看结果的变化。当然变化多少认为可以接受因人而异,也因仿真目的而不同。一般应能够重复显示结构变化的细节,如果不能显示出这种余弦变化,那么这种设计就失去意义了。
至于PML,如果不是Custom,用户只能调整层数,其它参数无法调整。
