SubscriberOur customer has a problem about launched Discovery 2021R1(Program Version: 2021.1.40960.9606).
The sketch grid is not displayed after launching, and any geometries are not also displayed after open dsco file, but it seems to work/solve analysis.
They could not solve the problem, after changing from "Explore" to "Model" as "Default stage for new documents" and Anti-aliasing OFF in Settings.
Their PC is a HP laptop PC which contain NVIDIA Quadro T1000 with Max-Q Design (4GB memory) as GPU and Intel UHD Graphics. The graphics driver of T1000 is 452.25 ( 2020-Sept.). They said that update of graphics driver is possible if we can guarantee the update fix this problem.I can send you their log files if you need them.
Do you have any solutions for fixing? Would you let me know?
Thanks in advance,
Ichiro -

Ansys EmployeeHello Ichiro
The 450 series of graphics drivers seem to had some issues. Updating the drivers to the latest ones directly from Nvidia website should resolve the issue.
