      Hi everyone,

I am trying to hook a compiled UDF for caculating body forces on particles. However, when I am going to hook the UDF it keeps warning that the code is not compiled for parrell solver. Is this most likely due to something within my code or something else? My code is as follows:

       Thank you!

as ANSYS employee, we dont debug udfs for customers. please go through customization manual. it also has an example of the same.

Okay I have figured out that the error is in my subscripts it says that "subscript requires array or pointer type" however, I thought that tp was the pointer. Can anyone help push me in the right direction now?

I don't think you've assigned a vector for your force: if you look at the example and your code you need the [0] and [1] etc where these define x & y directions, similarly [2] is z.

No idea if there's anything else that's causing a problem: but that'll give you something to do over Christmas!
