If you right click on CFD body and select "Check Geometry", it will report some errors associated with this body. The interference operation is most likely failing due to these errors. Please fix these errors and then try again.

SubscriberThank you. Indeed however impossible to fix the complained geometry. I tried all of the repair options and nothing has found issue with it. I cannot even select the problematic large surface to delete or remove it. Please advise.

Highlighting the defective geometry is possible by clicking on the error message in geometry check window. Once the defective entity is selected use RMB detach geometry and replace it with missing faces option. Wavy close proximity is not allowed in case of Boolean operation hence simple increase the gap and the intersection will be allowed.
