boundary conditions definition problem

  Hello, whenever i try to create a solution for a sketched or imported design, while defining the boundary conditions, an error occurs while executing. literally a message appears in the status history "an error occured while executing'complete' ". What are the possible causes of that ?

  That error message usually indicates a problem with the geometry. Are you able to submit a generic example?

    BBueno_ANSYS No, the problem persists with the existing models but while executing deformation (boundary conditions already defined). I'm pretty sure it's not a geometry problem. could it be a ''hardware'' issue ?

    Sami ElAdel It could certainly be related to hardware. When you said the problem occurred with sketched or imported designs, does that mean it happens with any model? Are you able to launch any of the examples shown in the menu that appears when you launch Discovery Live?     BBueno_ANSYS thanks and sorry for my late reply, yes it happens with any model, even with the examples in discovery menu i can't create a solution, and yes my pc meet the hardware requirements very well.
