  Do you have any points over which constraints are defined such as spot welds in your model?
  
  Could you try right-clicking on the warning and see if it points to any location?

  Actually this is our query :) anyways I think this has been resolved already. Cristopher recreated the model, maybe something was wrong during model creation.
