波长范围对结果的影响

老师您好，我在mode里进行仿真，选用TE基模，第一次设置波长1.5-1.6um,第二次1.4-1.6um,对比发现波长重叠部分结果不一致，请问是什么原因？

这是因为材料拟合、网格尺寸以及PML可能不同造成的。之前我写过一个帖子

目前不工作，你可以找一下国内一些网站看看有没有。
基本设置是：固定材料拟合与网格计算的波长范围相同。简单的操作是这样：

有时也可能需要修改PML。
