Bug in the 2023.1 French version

  Hello,
  
  Following the 2023.1 update, the French language does not allow ordinal quotation anymore. ( see picture) the menu below is not accessible anymore.
  How to correct this problem quickly?
  
  It seems to me that the Italian language had this problem in the previous versions and it works now.
