Can not find sherlock default folder

  Hi, I installed sherlock and wanted to use "local library" but can not find.

  It should be located in user>appdata>Roaming>Sherlock. https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/account/secured?returnurl=/Views/Secured/corp/v221/en/sherlock_ug/sherlock_ug_40a_creating-a-part-library.html?q=local%20library

  I found the folder but local library doesn't appear in sherlock.
  I can see only sherlock part library, and can not update my parts at local library.
  I did confirmation of all parts.
