Can some explain how to write balanced electrochemical reactions?

      I want to write " H2 ---> 2H+ + 2e-

      0.5O2 + 2H+ + 2e- ---> H2O

      with the help of the generalized equation provided in picture.

      Hi,nDo you need to calculate the current generated during the reactions? The models used for such application really depend on the purpose of the study. But basically, you can use a mixture of H2, H2O, H+ and O2. The difference is when electrochemical model is activated, you can specify the charge number of H+ and the resulting current will be solved by the motion of charged species in fluid domain. Thanks.n
