Can you only create a surface from edges which forms a closed loop

  Hi nI am pretty new to DesignModeler and am trying to setup an 2d model of a nozzle (cross sectional view) firing gas through a hollow frustum (basically a cone with a hole) which is some distance away. I am trying to represent the frustum as two straight lines diverging away from each other but when a draw the line and try and create a surface using edges I am unable to do so (I think this maybe because you need a closed loop to form a surface from edges)nIs there any way I can represent a line as a surface which fluid must flow around?nThanks n

  Can you post some images. nYou will need closed loop.
