Cannot do pressure testing on ANSYS

I am in a course following step by step directions. I followed them exactly. every time I attempted to conduct pressure testing I recieve a warning like I am supposed to. But, I also recieve an error code. I have the error code and the error boxes that pop up after clicking solve. I have reinstalled ANSYS 2 times and redownloaded the files that were needed to conduct the testing. Any Idea as to what the issue could be?
