Cannot load locked document saved in older version

  I saved a document with property Document locked = true in ANSYS Discovery Spaceclaim version V192.
  
  I can reopen it without any problem in the same ANSYS Discovery Spaceclaim version (SpaceClaim_17_11_2019_10424.log).
  
  If I try to open it in a newer release of ANSYS Discovery Spaceclaim (i.e. v194) the document is loaded in lightweight mode and is not possible to load it completely (SpaceClaim_17_11_2019_22216.log)
  
  In which way can I open locked file saved in older version if I have already removed old version Spaceclaim?

  I'm unable to reproduce the issue with your file. Could you please ensure that the 'Load lightweight only' option is turned off in your SpaceClaim options. (refer image)

  yes for sure lightweight is disabled.

  I apologise I was confused with the version you mentioned. I am able to reproduce your issue in 2019 R2 version. Although, in 2019 R3 version the issue does not occur. I would recommend you to install the 2019 R3 version to enjoy better features and bug fixes.
