SubscriberHi all,
I have a very frustrating error where I cannot re-run all my simulation after only changing the Z CG, it says:
DAOPEN: Open failure on file - ANALYSIS.VAC.
PACACC:OPEN(OLD) FILE FAILED. FILE:ANALYSIS.VAC.
TERMINATED WITH ERRORS.
How can I resolve this problem? I don't think that this is from my model error because last time I run it, everything was fine until I raise the Z CG by only 2 meters.
I cannot afford to remodel all over again due to time limitation.
Please help urgently because the deadline is coming near

Ansys EmployeeIf you have not done so already, please follow the workaround instructions in this post: PLT file when using WORKBENCH AQWA ÔÇö Ansys Learning Forum
Let me know if this does not work, and we can try to investigate further.
Cheers, Mike

SubscriberHi Mike,
It turns out that ANSYS has interference with the Microsoft OneDrive when it tries to sync the old solution file. The solution is to kill OneDrive when I run the ANSYS Simulation.
Thank you
