Cannot Release Activation

      Hello,

       

      When trying to release an activation the page reloads but won't release the activation. Even unassigning the subscription from the account will not release it. Any Ideas on how to release this?

      I checked at my end and the release of activations is working fine. Can you try through the command prompt? Details about deactivation through command prompt are mentioned in below article.

      Can you please zip the .ansys folder located in %temp% folder and send it to ansys-discovery-support@ansys.com?

      Did you send the folder as requested earlier? I was not able to see it sent to the mentioned support email alias.

        Naresh Patre The problem is solved Naresh. We had contact with the licensing team who helped us.
