Can’t access any online Resources?!

Hi Guys,
after installing the Free Student Software Bundle I am trying to access the online Help, Tutorials and so on, but whatever page i go to, i just get redirected to: https://customer.ansys.com/s/custselfreg?language=en_US&ErrorCode=REGISTRATION_HANDLER_ERROR&ErrorDescription=ProviderId=0SO3g000000k9tk&startURL=%2Fs%2F
which looks like this and wants me to enter personal data and a customer number which I dont have in the next step.
I can't even see the Introduction page, every help page is blocked by that "security mechanism".
Am I missing something obvious here?
