Can’t launch Mechanical APDL 2020 R2

  Hello,
  when i try to launch the programm i just get a black Output Window.

  What Nvidia GPU are you using?
  Can you change the GPU Acceleration to none and try again?
  If this does not work, can you post the contents of the file:
  c:tempfile.out

  I'm using Nvidia Geforce gtx 1050, have tried change it to none, doesn't work either.
  In my temp file are just file.err and file.lock and a textdocument with just file, but not file.out I can only open the textdocument and it says:
  /BATCH
  /BATCH

  I know it's too late for this thread, but it's for anyone who might have this problem in the future.
  I had the same problem with Ansys APDL 2021 R2.
  I just changed ( use distributed computing (DMP)) to (use shared-memory parallel (SMP) - number of processors= 2) in the third image.
  And it worked just fine.
