cant login to cloud access using the same email on the independent campus web

  Correct, Microsoft cannot use a gmail account.

  We can register Microsoft account with gmail account, but in some cases we can't regist Microsoft account with campus account. Even though we are obliged to regist azure cloud with campus account.
