can’t open the software

      I am a new user and I downloaded the software but when I launch it takes the id and password and after then it closes and does not start.? can anyone help...

      Can you check if your machine meets the minimum hardware requirements as mentioned in below post?

      If there are no issues with hardware requirements, please send below mentioned files to

      1. Type %temp% in Windows Search and locate .ansys folder. Zip this folder and send it

      2. Send following log files located at ~/Ansys Inc



      Install.err (if it exists)
