I am trying to simulate the breakdown votage of a capacitor structure.However, I am not sure which ansys software is support to do such simulation. Could you please give me some information about it. Also, please give me a tutorial about how to do that. Thanks.

For your problem statement you can check out Ansys Charge Plus which analyzes charging and discharging phenomena. It uses time domain solvers to simulate electric arcing in air, surface and internal charging, particle transport and dielectric breakdown.
