I am a Master's degree student doing one project on LS-DYNA on a corrugated board (Carton), So which material and class should I use in LS-DYNA for this purpose.

You can enter the element type (solid, beam, ...), material type (general, metal, ...), features (failure, equation of state, ...) to select the material keyword you'd like to use.
