SubscriberDear Sirs,
I am trying to simulate a two-phase flow in a horizontal pipe (air + solid particles), coupling Fluent software with Rocky software. It started with good results, but When the particle is 1 meter away from the starting point, it started to give me this type of message:
Please can you help me solve the problem why the particles are re-entering the CFD domain?
Thank you.

Ansys EmployeeWhat do the two domains look like? Overlap generally means you're trying to add a new particle where an old one is already present (it's a Rocky solver check).

Ansys EmployeeCheck the inlet region: can you get the particle flow rate into the domain through the area you've set? Remember there's a packing limit as DEM particles in Rocky occupy a finite volume.

SubscriberHello, my version of Rocky is 2022.1 too.
Regarding my mass flow rate, it is 0.00351kg/s and the pipe diameter is 30.5mm

Subscriberyou have two diameter. pipe diameter and cfd domain diameter. check the length and diameter of both geometries and sure both size are same.
