CFD Post crashes on startup – Failed to create temporary file

Hello,
I tried to load a Picture into CFD Post as background, but as soon as I did CFD post crashed. Now it does not start up again. I already reinstalled the software and changed the %Appdata%/Vxx to old as some other posts suggest. This is the error message I get:
I can not figure out how to get it to work. Any suggestions?
