CFX Error message

  Hello, I need help with resolving an error I get in CFX. The first error I get is:
  
  ERROR #001100279 has occurred in subroutine ErrAction. Message: Stopped in routine ADDOPER
  
  and then it follows with
  
  An error has occurred in cfx5solve: The ANSYS CFX solver exited with return code 1.
  
  If anyone could help me explain what it means, that would be great
