CFX Pre is not starting

  Hi,
  I use Ansys Academic version in the scope of my PhD studies.
  There is an extremely annoying bug in CFX of 2022 R1: Sometimes, the CFX Pre window simply doesnt open. The same happens sometimes for the solver manager. once you click on "edit" in workbench, a window seems to open in the task manager, but it doesnt have any content, see picture attached. In the preview it's simply a white window that can't be opened.
  What I tried so far: - run in Admin mode; - change %APPDATA%-> Ansys to Ansys.old

  If you hold down shift key and right click on the Pre Icon in the Task bar and choose Maximize, does it show?

  It turns out that I just had to wait some time (about 10 mins) and then it really opens.
  Strange bug anyhow... Thanks for your answer!

  Are you experiencing same behavior when running Standalone Ansys CFX outside of the Workbench?
  Can you disable any windows defenders, antivirus programs and try updating a your hopefully supported graphics card to the latest driver?

  As of yesterday, I don't have the bug anymore (even though nothing changed, not even re-started the computer).
  I'll check all suggestions next time I encounter this problem and let you know the results here.
